Q: Do you handle cases on a contingency (i.e., "no recovery, no fee") basis?
A: Yes, but only appropriate cases.  Not all cases can be handled on a contingency fee basis.

Q: Can you represent me if I live in a State other than California?
A: Yes, but only if the case can be filed in California or there is some other basis for California jurisdiction, such as another party living or operating their business in California, a contract being entered into or breached in California or the accident occurring in California.
